Return Policy

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for store refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.

Return Instructions

Return fees are the customer’s responsability and are not redundable. As well as the taxes and import duties. The customs charges are not refunded  (UK and USA customers only).
  1. To request a return send an e-mail to info@salineshop.com writing the order number, the items to return and why you are returning them. You will receive an email from us with your return authorization. Please be sure to pay any customs duties required for return shipment. If we are asked to pay customs duties to receive the return, the amount of customs duties we were asked to pay will be subtracted from the refund.

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at salineshop.com and the items will be verified.

The amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.

The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Return Terms and Conditions

 Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

 Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

 Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

 In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. delfinaswim.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

 Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear.  Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.

 In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, delfinaswim.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

salineshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, delfinaswim.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

We accept payments with Paypal or credit card.

Shipping rates vary based upon destination (please see table below) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a referencewill commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

delfinaswim.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weatherconditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of delfinaswim.com.

During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Italy: 10 Euro

Europe and Cyprus: 20 Euro

North America: 30 Euro

Central and South America: 45 Euro

Oceania, Africa and Asia: 60 Euro

Other locations: 40 Euro

Important delivery information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

• All orders require a signature upon receipt,
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,
• If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated addressit will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After 3 (three) days, our Customer Service will contact you directly by email.

Our Online Store ships worldwidedelivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your order

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please contact us, we will provide it to you.

Taxes and duties

Deliveries within the EU:

All import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

Deliveries outside the EU:

We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) payment basis. This means that all customs duties, clearing fees, brokerage fees or any other additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the order. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
